PROJECT BRIEF:
Beastro is the Fort Worth Zoo’s signature 21+ fundraising event, combining live music, local food, and after-hours animal experiences. For 2026, the goal was to create a bold, memorable campaign that stood apart from traditional zoo branding while capturing the energy of a lively, Texas-inspired night out. The design needed to work across a wide range of touchpoints, from digital promotion to in-park signage and merchandise.
SOLUTION:
I developed a bold, vintage-inspired direction using textured illustration, layered color, and expressive typography. The goal was to capture the energy of the event while grounding it in a distinctly Texas feel. Animal imagery and environmental elements were integrated in a more graphic, stylized way to keep it playful but cohesive. I also built the system to be flexible across formats, so it could scale from large signage to smaller applications without losing impact. The final result feels energetic, recognizable, and unique to Beastro.
